I recently obtained a provisional patent i have a few questions.Does anyone know of google patent search and how reliable is it? This is just an idea i had that would have an effect on most people.I have become discouraged by all the scams that are out there.Any advice would be great.

For a world of free support and information go to the official public site of the patent office www.uspto.gov...
For searching, follow the links to the patent search www.uspto.gov... If you wish to see the patent images you may need to obtain a TIFF translation software package as an add-on to your browser.
Always be certain that you are searching the correct section of the database as it is split to divide into two groups with those issued after 1976 in one group and those from 1976 and prior years in another.
Hope this helps.

Why are you asking on a conspiracy site. Wouldn't you think your best bet of reliable information would be to call the patent office?

Yes that makes sense. As far as the google patent search feature doesn't seem very secure. Now it seems too that searching patent database any decent hacker could get an overview of your idea.

Sooo....
What's the idea....?
You wouldn't expect to post this on ATS without telling us what's it about, didn't you?

If you want to be the change you want, choose an open license model... but, what do I know...?

Holy crap, I always hated those things. I do like electronic receipts and a receipt card would be more than acceptable. That is a great idea!

well what they want is for all receipts to go through the web. No privacy that way.this way the info can remain private just like paper.
