Maybe its a combination of financial strain and NK may be having some EXTRA sightings since they do their people wronge and they know its almost time to get it together with the rest of the Earth inhabitants. It does seem like a good jesture but you all know politicians try to hold the double edge swords with all their might and it turns them into 2faced individuals so we shall see..
