No they havent. They have been broken off with the White House. Boehner is instead going to negotiate directly with Democratic leadership in the Senate / House.

I find it amazing that after each of these sessions the President feels necessary to call in the pandering mainstream media so he can try to blame the GOP.

Mr. President, where is your plan? He has never put a plan in front of anyone. He keeps talking about 4 trillion and keeps spouting his platitudes, but yet, has not put a plan out for anyone to see. What will you cut Mr. President?

I thought the President was suppose to be a leader. All I heard was him put the blame on Boehner and the republicans. I thought it was awesome my local new cut away from him and continued with the news.

And the funny thing is hey keeps telling about not being able to pay social security, contractors, etc etc... But nothing about not being able to pay government officials or military.

If there is a cash problem, then the people wo would survive a few months without pay would be the government officials instead of disables, elderly veterans etc. So most logical and damage controlling would be to skip government pay on their own officials, but No! That did not come into their mind once...

I'm waiting on Pelosi to say, "We have to pass the budget in order to see what's in the budget."

I think the money is there and that both sides are playing their stupid political gamesmanship. Business as usual. But We will all see, won't we? Regardless on how we feel about it.

Also the fact he calls the journalists by name, even those who are not there, makes it all seems a little cooked up and too much inbedded.

He keeps referring to my insurance policy as "entitlement programs".
