China VS USA....one day?

I am not sure if this is posted in the right place but I am interested in hearing your opinions,

Does anyone believe a war between the US and China is going to happen?

I have reading certain report as of late, with tensions high between the US and China, I think it going to happen, maybe in 5 or 30 years but a conflict is going to happen of some sort, china has been doing more and more military exercises off the cost of twain, Twain is calling for more independence and China has openly said it would invade twain if it declare full independence, (which is likely to happen in 2006) even if this ruins China�s economy, China has stated its more then willing to re-unite Twain with China,

Does anyone hear think this going to happen? I know in April 2003, China was going to invade, the Generals submitted a Proposal to invade twain the moment US forces entered Iraq (due to the US being distracted)

Will the USA be willing to back twain if a War happens? Would China be prepared for Gorilla warfare (such as what is happing in Iraq)?

I would like to hear your opinions?

WW1 - Britian Vs Germany
WW2 - united aganist Fasism
WW3 - Cold War ( Russia vs USA)
WW4 - War on terror
WW5 - China Vs Usa

I don't know much about china's military, yet I do not want to see the US get personally involved in any more wars. We're just creating enemys to fight with. There was no reason to invade iraq and there certainly isn't one for the US to assist china in invading Twain.

China VS US would never happen because
1. Europe would side with America
2. Because of how far away they are from each other
3. You can't occupy countries that big with populations that big

Wouldn't the rising poverty in China be a pretense for war. Just a thought, Iraq are a lot better off economically, because of its small population.

Rising poverty?

The Chinese economy is the 2nd largest in the world, there has been an explosion of the middle class in China, and the last time I went there, things were getting much much better than it was before.

I'm not saying there isn't poverty in China, but I don't think it's rising.
