More Protests in Syria (Video)

These are the latest crimes commited by Bashar Al-Assad from Syria, the 1st video shows a group of soldiers firing with machine guns at protesters, 2nd video shows a boy being hit in the foot. About 20 people have been reported killed this week alone.

These protests are definetely intensifying. It seems as if the protestors are becoming less concerned with their own lives. I really don't think the Syrian regime will be able to deter these protestors any longer. 2000 soldiers have defected from the military, 350 servicemen are dead (it is unclear wether protestors or other soldiers killed them) and 1600 civillians have been killed. I am dissapointed that the condemnation hasn't been as verbal of Assad and of the regime in Bahrain as it was of Libya after only 220 people were killed.

Why isn't the U.N. here
