Georgia cops shut down 10 year olds lemonade stand. No license! No Lemons.

In the interest of fairness, if you can't sell tshirts or crack on a corner, then you can't have a nefarious unlicensed lemonade stand either.

The best part in my opinion is that the license they would have to purchase to sell lemonade is $50.00 Per Day.

They were trying to raise enough money for 2 of them to go to a water park which sell tickets for $27 each.

Because it's important for these girls to understand that they can't accomplish anything on their own without paying the city bribe first.

If life gives you lemons...throw them away I guess. The cops will just shut down your lemonade stand anyway.


Is this building community relations?? Is this keeping the peace??? No this is Fee Enforcement. Plain and simple. Down to busting up little kids lemonade stands because the city isn't getting it's cut.
