The US may be considering putting a second carrier group in the Asian Seas. This may well serve a fast tactical response to China's threat to Taiwan or from Crazy Kim and his nuke threats.

Ok, this may signal the start of an Asian Arms build up. With the US considering sales of missles to Taiwan I believe something small might go down soon up in that area.
