First off, I never used to remember my dreams. This past month however, I have been having dreams that I could actually remember. And even more shockingly, I have been having what seems to be 2 or 3 short dreams within my sleeping period.

Last night, I dreamed I was getting some type of teaching/mentoring/advice from this older Chinese guy and it was in a very peaceful/utopia type setting. I write a lot about what I call 'ancient knowledge' and the fact that some ancient people were way more advanced than others. This trend continues to modern day society. So, is the dream telling me something here?

What else could the dream mean? I want some real input please.

I would like to ask, is any of the knowledge given in your dreamstate, can you apply it to practical daily use?
If so, try to experiment with it and then maybe you can see if it was Divine knowledge.

Could it be that your time spent reading this board is triggering your dream world? I know that events particularily like the ones on this board which are frequent and nonstop can cause your mind to work overtime. Thanks for sharing.

The real thing here is the advice you were given.

The mentor in the dream, I would interpret as you need to turn your negative energy into something positive, spiritual messenger, guide, devotion, or faith.

Provided the advice is positive, and not something that would harm others or yourself, I would make the best of it and see if it can be practically applied.

Dreams are interesting. Funny you mention it. I've seen several of my friends on facebook in the past month claim to have for some reason started to recall their dreams. Maybe something is happening on a global consciousness level. Google "global consciousness project". Very very interesting. FYI, I've been timing my dreams for years. I shift from one side to the other every few minutes when I sleep and notice the alarm clock as I do. We dream at lightening speed. I've had dreams that seemed like several hours or days in dreamland, but in reality were only minute or two by my clock.

The dream was a silent dream and only appeared in the mind for like 5 seconds. It was me, the chinese guy and I was just watching him (i think water the plants) but I felt like I was learning stuff (not about gardening that is...lolz)

I thought of that too, but I just recently became a member. I started studying all the stuff on ATS when I was 13. I am only 22 now. I wrote all my thoughts down two years ago and keep adding onto it. My journal is about 150 pgs and counting

Thats a lot of pages im impressed. I've only got 30

I too, used to write my dreams down until the last year or so, i have so many vivid dreams in indepth detail that i just cant keep up. One included waking up in the 5th Dimension, i instinctively knew where i was, and it was like static on a tv set after hours.

Anyways, i have different conclusions now to what dreams are which i wont post here as not to derail your thread on Dreams. However i don't believe they are quite what people think, however immensely interesting they can be at times

The demons recognized your fascination with eastern occult topics and are now feeding you information to further entice you. In this way your soul will be lost to a counterfeit religion, and you will be dissuaded from considering Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior.

That's my interpretation.

Yeah, I don't believe in demons or man-made religion so thanx but that's not very helpful.
