it caught my attention because of a thread I wrote here...

on enhanced human function.... so far it is not as others have put it a poor mans heroes...

it has not had time to mess up that bad yet....

I watched it but it didn't really make me think this was going to be a show with very much depth. The characters are mostly unique but I didn't find them immediately interesting. I will keep watching but at this point it doesn't look like it will be anything too special.

I am still watching it and I'm liking it more and more. Gary is so charmingly wonderful and original as a character, and the development going into all of these characters is intriguing and so unlike what I expected. I am still concerned about where the story is heading. I don't like the whole "People fear and hate me because I am different" thing because this show is already similar enough to "X-Men" as it is! I think they should avoid that route. It seems clear that there is something going on at Binghamton that is going to get explored and I'm hoping we don't have to wait to find out what is going on there until the season finale.

Did anyone catch the last episode, they talked about (sorta) Mk ultra?

Don't watch many tv series, but this is one of them. I like the cast, and the 2 females are cute.

One thing I like is their powers have limits and weakness. (although I don't see what Garys weakness is)

Season finale is next Monday, but they replay it Friday nights also.

my understanding is that they mentioned the mk ultra files and that was it... no details ...

I am hoping they just keep it going ... so far the stories have been pretty good....

It's been picked up for another season.

What I thought was weird was that they mentioned MK Ultra and Dr. Rosen's involvement in it but they didn't act like it was a bad thing.

That is strange they would mention mk ultra.. do they assume audiences know what that is, or are they trying to get viewers to research it? (that was half serious-- I doubt many people outside the show would know)

I am thinking they intend to use it as part of the storyline....

my guess is that the government is going to be shown to have been dealing with alphas for a longer time...


look at the institute to have been used to store wayward alphas




what gets me is they got the part right where the government has no respect for its citizens rights...... they just came in and detained them no lawyer

That was a pretty good season finale, I hate having to wait so long for new episodes though!

The scene with the intro/ discovery of the new villian... with a civil war photo..... The Cage thing?????

It was good.....very good.... It made me want to hurt the government agents... they where massive tools...


I loved the end where the doctor screws them and lets humanity know about alphas and the governments crimes.....
