soaringhawk, while I respect your right to have your opinion, casting disparaging names is not necessary is it?

It is quite common to hate and even fear that which you do not understand, but one must acknowledge where those base instincts come from and educate one's self so to overcome those fears.

I respect your religious ideology and do not believe that you are exemplifying that ideology by degrading to baseless attacks.

What Anonymous is doing is attempting a revolution, a peaceful non-violent revolution, active protests in real life and dominating the medium that they are most familiar with, the internet.

Our country was, in fact, founded on a revolution orchestrated by what would now be termed "terrorists".

While they took to armed rebellion against the tyranny of the monarchy, Anonymous is attempting through a campaign of education, to enlighten the citizen's of the world to the hidden hand leading the corruption that eats away at the soul of mankind.

Too many in the world, and in the US especially, are falling for the divide and conquer tactic, we need to unite in order to put a stop to the tyranny that plagues us.

Do not be upset that they are actively trying to do something instead of accepting the Status Quo and resign themselves to just simply typing up posts on internet forums.

Anonymous is an idea of a world free from corruption and tyranny, a world where information and knowledge is free to those that seek it.

One has to ask themselves "Am I really against such ideals?"

Most likely you are not and we are on the same side, you just haven't realized it yet because of the divide and conquer strategy, if you are against those ideals then I am sorry you are in league with TPTB and do not support true freedom.

This is how Hitler and the Nazi party thought, and no the thread is still open because we are entitled to FREE SPEECH. You also may want to brush up on what FREE SPEECH really means

And this thread is tinkering on the line of being closed for numerous T&C violations.

What they are capable of is not very impressive. Anyone could have done these things with programs available on the internet. The only difference between this group and any random script kiddie you find is publicity. Why do they get publicity for script kiddy behavior? It's all happening at the same time they call for a new version of the internet. I don't believe there is any room for debate on this. What they have done is tantamount to the daily life of a 16 year old geek.

Free Speech has not changed. Maybe what you were taught was wrong. It is the same as it has always been. Since you were taught wrong, you may want to visit the link and brush up on it so you do not make that mistake again

“Congress shall make no law...abridging freedom of speech.”

It has nothing to do with a private forum, just like you do not have free speech to come into my home and do what you want, you do not have free speech on a private forum which is a private business.

Don't make me laugh. Again you spout off revolution nonsense out of ignorance. There isn't going to be any revolution. There sure isn't going to be an overthrow of my Constitutional Republican government. You will feel the wrath of the state militia's, the military and any other armed patriot. Of course I doubt it will ever come to that and I pray to God it doesn't. Not everyone in the Federal government are corrupt or in on the new world order. You people need to mature, grow up and realize that if you are no different than anyone else. We have law for a reason.
