After much forensic examination, I was forced to conclude she is going commando. There would be tell tale signs of a thong, such as Usher standing in the background, but no such signs were present. Also, her dress would've blown slightly differently if a thong were present, but that is not the case.

I have to debunk this position. There are plenty of thongs that ride up nicely between the cheeks on women, and if it were on of those, then it surely could remain hidden in that photo.

I believe this case is inconclusive at this point.
