Well Nafta is back and looks to be in full swing

Seems to be of little news but NAFTA will be taking effect soon and that means mexican truckers on US roads that exceed the original 25 mile limit from the boarder...a while back I posted some information on this NAFTA

In a nutshell this will put a severe crimp in union jobs and although the union drives me crazy I hate to think that once again our companies in the United States may now have the ability to hire Mexican Truck Drivers to haul freight at a lower price...given the decline of employment this couldn't have come at a worse time.

I hear ya. The same plan isn't working out too well in the EU. I doubt it will help the overall Republic of
The U.S. either. Just another profiteer bungle at eveyone elses expense.
We need a serious ethics plan or it will be The Fall of Rome 2. If it comes to that,

How much more proof do people need that North America will be amalgamated sometime in the near future. I mean, Harper has already met with Obama at the CFR headquarters (which Harper lied about, claiming he was ill in the hospital) and he has already signed an agreement that would, at the right time, abandon Canadian sovereignty. That, plus this now with Mexico, makes me very nervous to be honest with you. In my humble opinion, NAFTA and NORAD were just the first two miles on the road to hell. When you couple that with the fact that they have had the Marine Corps doing seatbelt checks in the south and staging training raids in public places to acclimate people to a military presence in the cities, things start to seem pretty fishy as well. I also really disagree with the amount of troops we are sending over the border to "establish order" in the flooded areas. I know it seems like we are helping to most of my fellow countrymen, but to me (with some military experience under my belt), this just proves who's really giving the orders around here. They have the strongest (even in a state of rustout) military in the world, yet they are spread too thin, so they call in the best small army in the world to mop up their domestic issues? Something is off with that equation if you ask me.
