French Cops Threaten To Strike After Ban From Drinking Alcohol On Duty

This article really gave me a tickle

France's riot police have complained about being "treated like children" following a new ban on drinking alcohol while on duty.

following photos of riot police drinking bottles of beer during Paris street protest, police chiefs have decided to put an end to the tradition.

They were wearing body armour and carrying weapons as they sipped from beer and wine bottles. Some were also smoking.

I don't know what is more ridiculous the fact that up till present French riot police have been allowed to drink on duty or the fact that they want to go on strike because they have now been banned from drinking!

Lol they calm you down but not as much as weed. A cigarette has never made me re-analyze a situation and think "Why did I even do that?" or "this was wrong because of this, this and this". Although Cannabis has.
