Nice footage, good job.

I would have stuck the cam down and left it running for 15mins or so to get some stock to use elsewhere, or speed it up.

I have a few more minutes of footage it would look cool to stitch it together and speed it up, if I knew how to do it.

What is interesting is the greenish hue that is similar to these:

Scientists says that this is a strong indication of an upcoming storm or tornado...
I started two months ago a thread about these unusual clouds colors

Did you also noticed this greenish hue with naked eyes?

S&F!

Ha! As soon as I read your headline I immediately wondered if you were near Detroit. Only because I live in northern California and during last nights San Francisco Giants-Detroit Tigers game, they had a long rain delay and the broadcasters were mentioning the storms and clouds and they said the whole sky turned orange around 9:00 Detroit time.

Anywhoo- Giants won 15-3!

Very weird storm clouds throughout this year. We've had our fair share where I live. You know something's weird when you start seeing people standing outside their houses taking pictures of the clouds on their cell phones!

Interesting video of some interesting clouds...gotta love mother nature!

But shouldn't you have posted this in the "Fragile Earth" forum instead of "Science and Technology"? I do see something about the Earth, but no science or technology.

It was very strange everything took on a very yellow tint, and then a very red tint, like wearing a pair of cheap sunglasses. It was pretty cool.

You might have, because some people think HAARP technology is causing some weather, but I doubt it is, and I didn't see you suggesting that! (thank goodness)

Very cool. They remind me of the wall clouds that you see around here in Texas when the conditions are right for a tornado to form... You will see the clouds going different directions like that. Very cool. I love going out and watching the clouds when they are like this.

If you have Windows, you probably already have Windows Movie Maker installed for free. There's a basic effect in there you can apply to a movie to speed it up.

Very nice vid OP.

Strange formation too, I've never seen clouds swirling around in place before instead of being blown by the wind in one direction.
