A civil complaint filed in Dayton County this week alleges that Hooper then became confused by the boy's speech impediment and began to shout at Kersey, causing the boy to begin walking back to his mother's home.

That's when Hooper called in backup, causing "an upward of 20" officers to rush onto the scene. As Kersey made his way back home, a neighbor allegedly attempted to tell Hooper about the boy's disability, but was told to return home or face arrest.

This is such a sad story, Police brutality and use of excessive force is getting out of hand, our police officers used to be people you could trust like a neighbor wave your hand as they pass by.

now with the personality type that the Gov. is hiring and training we have Officers with a criminally trained mentality, where to them everyone is a criminal.

this is a sad day when a mentally ill kid gets beat tazered and maced due to this cops incompetence and they charge the kid with being incompetent?


this isnt just a rare occurrence if you google elderly beat by cops it will make you want to puke. then google police brutality wheel chair ... the list goes on and on.,

Police supporters might say that cops have to live with this crime all the time and they are in danger thats why Police must use such force.

well that is just a "cop out"
I grew up seeing violence everyday and watched the police avoid those same streets and violence untill absolutely necessary like someone shooting or bleeding on the street.

I know a few old timer Police Officers the true men who actually want to make this world a safer place, and things were much different back then. the type of people that the paper pushers are hiring now are of a specific type and for a specific reason... all i can think to compare todays police with are the early Nazi officers just doing their job as told by their bosses to hand out Gold stars.
it may make you mad but its the honest truth just google it!
