I think under my ATS there could be a "to do list" that we can list what threads we plan on starting that way we don't forget when we are busy answering some other thread.

I just think it would be a neat feature.

I think just doing it in a word processor program, and saving it is a better idea. This way you can give titles to your threads, write it up, save it, and when you have time post it on ATs.

Saves bandwith, and overcomplicated menus on the ATS page.

I dont know how hard it would be to do this or how much resorses it would take up
What I have started doing is keeping a notebook that I write ideas into..to later look into makeing into a thread
