Some may remember this UFO that was filmed over the Hunter Valley in Australia last year, if not one of the threads can be found here:
www.abovetopsecret.com...

The general consensus was balloons with lights mounted on them, turns out this was correct...

lmao... I was watching that on ABC and was sooooo close to posting it to share... ahh it's classic

What made me laugh more was all the mock up photo's he put together and asked for people's opinions and they are like 'yeah that a classic saucer'' and in the subtitles it was '' andre rieu CD' or 'tree'

Funny stuff bro, thanks for posting

Failure of wit is not a pretty thing to watch. It's painful and has increasingly come to define the limp attempts at humour we see on the ABC. Whether it's yet another Chaser boys crash dive or those ''comedy'' bits on Hungry Beast, it's the lack of imagination and the embrace of vulgarity that is so disheartening and, worst of all, unfunny. And it's all over this program. In tonight's episode our host explores the UFO phenomenon and commits the same sin we saw on Leigh Hart's Mysterious Planet (screened on ABC2) - if something is intrinsically wacky you don't need to make fun of it; just provide oxygen and let the craziness bloom

Yeah I've been enjoying the show, I made a thread in BTS about it, it's in the OP.

I wonder if the guy at the start is a member here?

As a semi-beleiver of UFO's i hate how easily people are mislead and it shows it so well in this show.

When i say semi-beleiver i mean that i remain very objective but with a slight lean towards a beleiver... i will never believe 100% untill i actually see cold hard evidence.

The people in this show make many beleivers lose all credibility and show how some people are so easily led.

I've gotta ask this as well...

You always seem so serious on ATS, but did you watch Angry boys before the Lawrence Lueng doco/show?

Please tell me you did, it was funny tonight... Chris Lilly is fantastic! - We all need some humour from time 2 time

Niiice one.. Yeah it was good tonight

Back to the topic though and more specifically UFO's -

Did you see the doco on SBS that aired a couple months ago, it was actually quite good and was all about Au and i know there was a thread about this in the recent past but i can't remember if you commented.

(There are about 4 more parts to the doco, but please just follow the youtube clips)

Mary Rodwell is Australia’s leading authority on extraterrestrial phenomena, her son Chris Rodwell is a vet, a man of science and self-confessed alien skeptic – their relationship has reached a critical point and something has to give. Full Synopsis

SBS - My Mum Talks To Aliens

It was actually quite compelling and by the end her son had moved from a full skeptic to slightly objective and open to opinion.

OH god! I love that guy haha!
Just goes to show how easily a thing like this can be faked, much to my dismay

Better luck next time!

I didn't know that his show was on before Angry Boys?
Personally I found Summer Heights High and We Can Be Heroes much more entertaining than Angry Boys.

BACK ON TOPIC! I should really watch his show more often, I've only ever seen bits of it on youtube!

You should...

He approaches things in ways I could never think of, like sending a video of a colonoscopy into space
