I don’t care about the US, they have nothing to do with whether or not Gaddafi is a good leader. The US could be Hitler’s wet dream but it wouldn’t change the fact that Gaddafi is a dictator, that opposition to him is punishable by death, that thousands of opponents have gone missing, that he has sponsored terrorism. Are you really saying that you think that’s all ok because he’s managed not to wreck the economy?

Unlike other oil producing countries such as Nigeria, utilised the revenue from its oil to develop its country.

There lies the problem. Since Libya had enough revenue, they probably didn't borrow from the US or other nations and enslave its citizens to international banks and corporations...

As for the rest of Britain choose to promote the very same twisted propoganda in any location where the IRA blew people up and you will get the same response.
