Any thing invented by man can be used for productive uses or for destructive purposes.

I firmly believe that all the natural events occurring in our time frame are all natural events and none have been manipulated or created by man.

Earthquakes,floods,droughts,hurricanes,tornadoes even wild fires are all natural events and have been going on on this planet even before man and other animals existed.

If the Chinese wanted to cause damage to the U.S. it would be very easy to do.

All they would have to do is go outside and jump up and down in unison!

Yes HAARP is definitely weapon capable!!

You could break off a bit of a HAARP antenna and smack someone over the head with it.
