There is some footage out there somewhere,of bill as Gov of Ark,at some event....hilldemon is walking away a from a crowd and bill is hustling a couple of girls....hilldemon turns around and yells"C'mon Bill,you cant screw them here"....open marriage just doesnt seem to cover those two
