Utah Hostage-taker Keeps Friends and Family Current on Facebook During Standoff with Cops

Well apparently this man named Jason Valdez missed a court hearing on felony drug charges and police tracked him down and had a standoff with him. Nothing really unusual about that but what was unusual is that he kept updating his facebook profile with such things as msgs, adding new friends, friends relaying information to him about police activity outside and also, here it comes, uploaded pictures of himself and his hostage saying she was "cute". Wow was this ripped off a dark comedy movie? I mean this dude was turning this situation into a circus.

You have to use key words when using any search. I searched for "facebook hostage" and it was the first thread that showed up.

Plus I already knew that thread was posted anyways.
