PlasmERG again, a Game Changer?

I know there is already a thread, asking: The Papp engine and PlasmERG is this a Hoax or real?

Since there is now an international patent in public domain, we can almost certainly say, a Hoax it is not.

To me, it is one of the more promising exotic energy devices, hopefully going commercial soon.

Promising as in: the international patent has been granted and it contains enough critical information to evaluate, if the technolgy is what it promises to be. Energy Revolution.

for the more tech savvy crowd: The Patent

Nowhere in the patent can i find any claims of over unity (naturally), but figures and process details are provided of specific energy input, radio frequency, indicating that such an effect actually takes place.

As the piston reaches ~5 degrees from TDC, the ECS (84) actuates the four high voltage coils (58), (60), (62) and (64), initiating a simple high voltage, 100 KV, arc within the expansion chamber (24). At the same time, the ECS (84) initiates the addition of 2.05 to 47.12 MHz radio frequency (RF) energy into the expansion chamber (24) by providing the radio frequency generator (52) with 12 volts at 8.2 amps (~ 100 W) to introduce RF energy into the expansion chamber (24) via the high frequency antenna

In yet another example, the RF power may be increased to 900 IVTHz to 1.7 GHz, or higher. As the RF frequency goes up, the power required to excite the fuel goes down.

The heavier elements in the fuel will not be a part of this reaction as the excitation is removed before it has time for them to be effected. The heavier elements act as a buffer between the plasma, the piston and cylinder wall, allowing a targeted push on the piston by the Plasmic transition. The heavier elements are in the mix as a buffer to isolate the plasma from anything that could disrupt the transformation. For example, if the plasma was to touch the interior of the cylinder (14), it would lose the ongoing ability to expand and would immediately retract, so the buffering is important.

Its the real deal, the patent office says so. But, will we see the PLASMIC TRANSITION PROCESS MOTOR on the market soon? Will it be buried yet again or even still turn out as just another fraud, patent or not.

Does this or any other exotic energy technology really have the potential to change the world or will it be merely "added" to the current status quo, thus helping to maintain it?

No, you can't say that. You can say the patent office didn't go to the trouble of disproving the claims, or that the claims do not claim anything of significance.

But if someone is implying that this will revolutionize the world in some way then I can say:

HOAX.
