You are telling us that the 20,000 members of the Army of Mehdi were bussed over from Jordan without being detected by the US troops hahahaha
get a clue

There has never been a conclusive evidence that the insurgents come form abroad. On the contrary, they are just disgruntled locals who went postal on the occupiers.

Then how can you claim what you say is fact.

First from you statement a bit ago.

"We are being attacked by foriegn insurgents now, most iraqis want to better their nation."

Yes we are.. that was my point, we never should have gone into Iraq the way that we did. Now that we have thrown Iraq into Chaos it has allows those exact insurgents that you mentioned to come in and get a foothold.

How can I claim what I say is fact?

LEt me ask you this.. your in Highschool and will start writign more research papers. You also say that you are a fan of history.

Lets take.. ohhh... 1066 battle of Hastings, If memory serves it was a battle between Duke William and Harold the second over the thrown of England. Lets say you want to do research as to wht really happened durign and after the battle. Obviously there is noone still alive so you have to fo by writen text.

you find 12 differant sources. Some tell about how horrible Duke William was.. others tell about how horrible Harold the 2nd was.. some only tell of dates and treatys but dont tell much about the effects on the people durring and after.

How do you find the truth?

I will admit you make a good point, there is no way to find the real truth, so why does people like moore claim he knows it.

I Imagine a world where women are treated like cattle, I have been in Saudi and in the middle east. I know what it's like to see women treated like property. I imagine a world where freedom has gone on vaction.

Sadly there are always going tobe people who claim to know the "real" truth. That being their truth and to them it is quite "real" that is the reason you have forums such as this, arguments on the streets, grand debates, wars, any and all disagreements.

The absolut truth usulay lays somewhere in the middle of all the "facts" you can find. Back to the 1066 example. The best way is to take into consideration both sides of the text, compair it to the text that stays away from one side or the other search out the points that coinside and support each other.

And then the hard part, look at the supported information that you have and think about it. What seems most logical even if it goes against your deepest beliefs, and then you have to be willing to accept that your deepest beliefs may be based on flawed information which then forces you to rethink and redevelop they core of what you believe.

Sadly very few people are willing to do this because they fear that it will infact force them to rethink the foundation of who they are. It is a scary thing no doubt.

Think about how horrifying it was for people to finaly have to accept that that the earth actualy revovls arround the sun. All of the suddon the earth was not the focal point of the universe, then they had to question why god would not make his creation the center, and then question their identity of their god.

To fully illistrate my point.. Odds are.. they are a combination of both insergents from other countries using the growing anti-american setiment in Iraq to rally and recruit Iraqi people who do not want an American occupying force.

Look at what they are doing in Faluja, they base themselvs in a holy city knowing that it will force the US to attack and then use that to create further American hatred. "Look at the americans attacking your holy land join us to destroy them". We have underestimated them from day one with our "The US has the supirior force" mentality. The people there are not stupid, they may lack the skill in training but they are exceptional at manipulating the masses. Religion is a very very powerfull incentive.
