Think you might be able to recreate the meat of your claims here, so that the information that the ATS censors have thrown out can be viewed?

On the contrary, you are 100% incorrect. The onus of proof of deletion and content, does not rest with the poster. Poster has mentioned the owner/runner. Therefore, which one has the delete button??? Which one empowers the loss of text??? You are playing defense.

"Entirely unfair" to whom? The owners/runners of some domain? Fine, then play defense, but Boondock Saint doesn't have the delete button, so throwing the burden of proof on him, is a defense tactic.

Only one party has access to the delete button where words and links are thrown into the abyss. FACT. They do not email the content back to you, so that you can repost it, and that describes their indifference to the contributions/analysis of the posting community.

Therefore the ultimate solution is that Boondock Saint should probably have used notepad to save his content to throw back at apes. Because though he doesn't have the delete button, he does have the ability to post his words anywhere on the IP gamespace where such words about hacking and billion-dollar crimes, are allowed to be posted. Which is of course, only on sites that discuss chupacabra and Serpro type events as well. It's a catch-22, admittedly.

look I've been away from my usual schedule for sometime but I've managed to keep up with this story. I didn't get to see the 404'd thread yesterday, so pardon my ignorance...

but that pastebin you posted was prior to april 1st, so who is topiary now? someone else who took up the name?

and if these dox are legit, why havent a) the suspects gotten vanned yet, and b), why havent the Lulzsec done anything more to deny the finger pointing at them / take down the website....I am inclined to agree that the lulzsecexposed blogspot is probably created to point the finger of blame in a different direction, even if it is very thorough

It's a supposed log of Topiary after his name was released the first time and it is floating around that he got arrested then released, but who knows.

As for the authorities taking sweet time well I guess they can't just go off names given to them by random people on the internet and I guess they can get much better results by taking control of servers and monitoring them and by looking through lots of logs if they can get access.
