I know what you're saying, but....there were a few people there trying to protect stores, stop the looting, etc. Here's a vid of a guy who tried to
stop a car from being trashed. About 20 people started hitting and kicking him. He went down and someone else intervened, a couple others helped him
up. It's hard to be the "good guy" when your chances of getting beaten are very high.
But I did see examples of others trying to stop the looting, or helping others. And there was a huge turnout today to help clean up.
