USA to implement "shadow" internet to bypass foreign sensors!

I thought this was rather interesting.

Basically the USA wants to setup invisible private "shadow" digital mobile networks within countries where they do not agree with said countries sensorship laws.

Now that is pretty damned cheeky if you ask me? But i spose I was in a country and not given the right to view what I wanted to within the realms of digital media then I for one would be jumping at the chance to sign up.

Double ended sword maybe?

I see it as an effort to bring power to the people. A new form of pamphleting, the same thing that helped us hunders of years ago. It is a good thing, no one should be kept ignorant or voiceless.

is the purpsoe of this 'internet" to enable the people of those countrieris to access information from around the world or to feed them information the US goverment wants them to get?

So what happens when Western countries go into hissy fit mode against our corrupt elite!
who will be there to help us when they use all the tools at their disposal to ensure we can't communicate with each other!
