New World Order Elites Marxism Socialism Communism Bank

I have heard people who talk about the New World Order Elites say that the Banking Elite supports and funds Marxism Socialism Communism and the Left Wing in general what I don't understand is why would the Elite support Socialism which believes in a Progressive Tax System when the Elite Bankers themselves are Wealthy do the Rich/Wealthy just use offshore Bank accounts ?
