Well the HAARP site is somewhere in Alaska. I dunno what town HAARP is, specifically, but I'm guessing its close to where this seismic data was supposedly measured. It looks kinda like they just flipped on a switch and left the thing running. Or I guess the OP is implying that there's going to be another major earthquake soon. I'm not sure either =/

My bad. I figured you might have overlooked the location because it would be really easy to not notice it. But I pretty much agree that the graph doesn't say anything, lol. Tectonic plates are obviously all connected, so I wouldn't be surprised that a seismograph in Alaska would be picking up activity when an earthquake occurred in Japan.
Magnetic north (black line) went from negative to positive, and magnet eastward (red line) went from positive to negative and back positive now.
