Footage shows Soviets developing flying saucers?

Hi Isaac; the OP vid has 8 more seconds of vid than the one you posted about the ala-40; I too am curious as to what they are showing, for if that is a full-sized tank next to that thing in the last 3 seconds, it is indeed very large; thoughts?

Makes perfect sense for Russia. If they did an amphibious landing or wanted to put something over America...make it look like a flying saucer.

For some reason Americans shoot at everything....except flying saucers. Very smart tactic by Russia if they are indeed adopting such a military tactic.

In traveling through the Ukraine ships were seen taking off.
Russia took over Germany same as US who took the people, ships and plans
of Tesla's to New Mexico. Like back to Los Alamos where Tesla taught Von
Braun about saucer flight in the first place.

Tesla shot neutrinos out of his saucer flight beam terminals of high voltage
through K Capture. Look that up a wiki cause its also true.

I think US and Russia both have the saucer technology and neither can destroy the
Tesla Legacy leaving the other in a technological never land.
Other countries in Europe hide the technology and perhaps only venture to keep
the saucer or triangle or oval ships going.

Hi seeker,

The footage at the very end of the OP video is not of the same object/blimp that is shown in all the rest of that video.

Those few extra seconds seem to be tacked on to the end of footage of the ALA-40.

I don't recognise that footage - which (for all I know) may even be from a movie rather than of a real object. The person that posted the video on Youtube probably knows the source of that additional footage.

There were many battles in World War II, but not many remember the battle that took place in the US with unknown foes... The Battle of Los Angeles took place February 24, 1942 about three months after the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor and at the height of the fear of Japanese attack of the American mainland. There were multiple sightings of something in the sky that night and into the next morning which lead to a large artillery bombardment.....

The incident is not an urban legend, General George Marshall (future Secretary of Defense, Secretary of State and creator of the Marshall Plan) sent a memo to President Roosevelt the next day describing the incident. He felt that since the objects did not fire upon U.S. Forces, that it was not an attack, although he felt that it may have been psychological warfare. The incident was also reported in numerous newspapers including the Los Angeles Times.

I'm sure there were many UFO reports after that was released into the sky. Its interesting that they would design it to look like a "flying saucer"

And Tesla said you can't tough his ships.
West Coast operations were probably responsible for this test.
An artillery shell is nothing but an ordinary wind as Tesla said his ship was stable in any storm.
It would be just like Tesla to test his saucer.
Perhaps a good reason he died in 1943.
And a prime reason Nazi Germany sought the American invention long before America
had to win WWII to get it back.
WINNING is the only word that fits.

Get into the Tesla box if you like cause you seem to be unaware of Tesla and UFO history.
You can't prove anything else.
There is too much science fact from Tesla that you are diverted from by help from the authorities.
Hey prove Hitler died.
You got his body any where.
But the cartels say he died and that is proof enough for you.
Nothing is said about Tesla and thats proof enough for me.
Any time lets open the Oppenheimer Library and check out Tesla.
If they let you in you will find your proof.
I for one have proof enough and do not need their stinking badges to see the Tesla ships.

Looks like ship of a new order.
The ring of bulbs around the edge might be Tesla bulbs for horizontal forces.
Meaning the two tail wings are meaningless and the ship can go in the direction
of any of the powered bulbs.
Sure is a guess but its out of the Tesla goodies.
We got to see the ship in flight and probably can't trust any photos of the power plant.
