Ok im looking for some help to get my self motivated again. Ive been in a rut for to long, ive tried excersisng, playing sports, going out, staying in etc. But I cant seem to get myself out. So I have been looking at those self hypnosis things you can get where you listen to a CD/MP3 etc.

I was wondering if any of you have tried one of these and could reccomend one since there are so many on the market. I looked at apps on iPhone aswell but wasnt sure if they would just be made by crooks? Though there are some by Darren Marks who seems pretty well respected? So If you have tried one of these before and it has definately had an affect on you then please please tell me about it! thanks!

I did a quick search for hypnosis podcasts, i found this link, the site has a list down the left of all the popcasts.
blog.hypnosisdownloads.com...
havent tried them, but it looks like it might be a start, try listening to them in the car or while walking around first to see if you like them (or any others you find) and if you do then try using them at night before you go to sleep etc.
then you know they are what you feel is right
but try searching for free hypnosis podcasts and hypnosis blogs, they often have done the work for you to find the good studff.
peace.

Try these folks. 3 of the better known and recommended on the interwebz.

Steve G. Jones
Wendi Friesen
Victoria Wizell

All three have downloads and cd's. Get a good pair of headphones. Steve uses binaurals, and does a great job. Wendi does too, I think. I've tested all three.

There are a few others I can't recall at the moment. I'll post back here if I can remember them.
