3 8th grade girls strip a 11 year old boy naked and then post it on youtube.

We used to do this quite often in grade school. However, we were usually friends with each other and would depants someone down to their underware. It was a prank. These girls prank though makes one wonder. In the video it looks like on of the girls reached out and played with the child's ding-a-ling. It's blurred though, so who knows. That would be going a bit too far.

OK, first off, I think it is hilarious, and this has been a time-honored prank. "De-pantsing" someone is hilarious. I once got fired from a Sonic for de-pantsing a co-worker in the front window.
In this case, I would say no charges, and we should take extra precaution to make sure we are just as likely to laugh and not overreact when the genders are reversed.

The girls should be punished at home but it's not rape, battery, nor child porn.
Learn to differentiate.

BUT, on a more serious note, you are exactly right about the double standard. If this had been 3 boys attacking one girl, they would be facing adult charges, the parents would be out for blood, the press would be all over it.
There is a very apparent problem in the legal system regarding cases like this, and there needs to be a more human element involved at all times. A prank is a prank, an assault is an assault, there is a distinct difference, but only for the people directly involved. The detectives should be allowed to draw that distinction and follow a proper protocol, regardless of gender of the victim.

Things like this make my blood boil.
The feminazi mother doesn't want to press charges.
The feminazi police say there's nothing they can do.
And the public school says that since it didn't happen on their property that they wont do a thing either (although this I can understand).
If this had been gender reversed, you'd see all three boys hauled off to jail, then to a juvenile facility where they would remain until reaching the age of 18.
The double standard in the US has reached a disgraceful level.
Can anyone say, rape, battery, and distribution of child pornography????
