I have read in a previous Journal, possibly Murder by Atomic Suicide (UNfortuantely stating what is happening to us right now with the radiation in the Northern Hemisphere), I am Sananda, Space--Gate (Which is incredibly informative and explains a lot, whether you believe it to be truth or not, this is a Journal about real events) or Sipapu Odyssey (The info would be at the beginning of one of these) that communication was done via radio.

I do thank you for your words, and find them very helpful. Hopefully you may find some help within further Journals.
