Let's look at how aliens are viewed under popular thinking - they have often have big heads, no mouths, and can communicate telepathically, via thought. Often times, they are depicted as being able to read thoughts, as well, which really goes along with the whole telepathic thing anyhow.

In other words, they are psychic!

Let's look at psychic ability, as we humans view it. In particular, let's look at one aspect of psychic ability called remote viewing. Remote Viewing is .... well, be able to view things remotely. It's to see, in your mind, what is happening at a physical location, in which you are not currently located. This would seemingly have no restriction in distance, according to popular opinion.

Well, the aliens are seemingly further along the evolutionary scale then we are, giving them the larger brains, disappearance of the mouth and telepathic abilities. Perhaps we are just starting to show signs of psychic ability, but the aliens are masters at it.

So, punchline: If they can remote view, why would they ever need to visit the Earth?

They can see everything we are doing right from their little home on Omicron Theta 5 in the Delta Quadrant.

Now, there might be missions that require physical co-location with the Earth. What they are, I don't know. But, just to observe ... well, I'm not so sure coming here is required for that.

Mostly eyewitnesses. The government probably knows of these different species.

Unfortunately for me I don't really believe the eyewitness testimonies. I know, I know, I'm closed minded, yadayada..

It's just that eyewitness testimony about seeing aliens can be chalked up to delusion or some other form of psychosis.

What else do we know about them?

Do we know what star systems they're from? Or what they like to eat?
edit on 8-6-2011 by PhotonEffect because: damn spelling

Wow your the only closedminded person to actually admit it lol. Thats not common

But its your beliefs but it would make sense that there wouldnt be only one group of Aliens visiting.

I think it's a logic..

Do you know why?
Well let's ask our self, why would the God create so big Space, only for one race?

Logic says?

Or is it speculation?

I think its a brilliant thought.
Makes sense to me.

Now imagine some of us who are sensitive as hell, with a still non-calcified pineal, etc.,
we could be tuning in to their 'remote observationisms'
and there you go, an explanation for a few select sightings or even abduction to some extent.

Imagine an alien imagining you ...................now prove it !!!!!!

Well now you're touching on religion which with all due respect I'll stay away from...

But you can still ask yourself this:

What if we were just an accident?

I don't know... Maybe we received a mutant gene that the visiting aliens don't have. Maybe their "remote-viewing gene" is undeveloped. Maybe they bred it out because they didn't want it, but kept close-up telepathic powers.

Or maybe the ones who can or want to remote-view are doing so, and they are still on their home planet.

I once had a boss who told me: "Your job is to keep my phone from ringing." I said, "Well, I could cut the cord; I could call the techs and have them randomly misroute all your calls; I could stick some bubblegum between the bell and the clapper...." But I knew what he meant. Maybe the aliens' boss(es) said: "Your job is to keep the Earth rabble scared, worried, and befuddled."

If your speaking about the Human race than i dont know what to say....

But what does that have to do with ET's

Yes, the part of the the popular view I picked out was definitely the typical grey. It was easier to make my point that way.

But, I'm not sure it would matter. It's probably safe to assume they have all evolved further than us if they are able to do space travel to the extent required.

I think the same line of thinking could apply.

Of course, you have to put be able to put some credence into the belief that psychic ability just sorta happens with conscious evolution, to be able to buy into this at all.

I'm really not close minded believe it or not.
I think there is other life out there somewhere, but to what extent, I can't say. And to speak about different races of intelligent beings when we haven't even found one anywhere close to us is a bit of a leap I think.

I just prefer not to make that jump into such a deep pool of speculation and pretend like I'm swimming in reality...

OK, I gotta ask... no mouths? How do these little wankers eat? Do they absorb stuff they come in contact with (hey watch your step, the dog's been there). Or maybe they are like plants without roots, they use photosynthesis (that's why they're green!)

It's a good idea but you lost me at "no mouths."

Cheers - Dave

I asked myself that years ago...

And do you know what did i discovered?

I discovered that human DNA is too complex to be just an accident

OP- sorry to jump all in your thread without addressing your post first.

I'm curious about your concept... So are you saying you don't think aliens are physically visiting Earth since they can remote view us from wherever they are?
