Can you elaborate more on what she believes that is socialist, and what area she represents? Readers aren't likely to look for this on their own. Consider putting the state in question in your title. Also why it is relevant - is she running again?

This has no relevance to 9/11. The linked video is heavily edited, and shows Cynthia McKinney speaking on an Arabic language TV station in opposition to current US war in Lybia.

It's no secret that McKinney has socialist or leftist leanings and is opposed to foreign wars.
