A Korean War veteran apparently died of natural causes Memorial Day while he was attempting to replace a tattered American flag atop his 20-foot TV tower.
Later on Monday, Perry firefighters returned to Catron’s house to replace the flag, according to Deputy Fire Chief Larry Sedlock. Firefighters used a ladder truck to access the TV tower.

Right; I thought it was pretty amazing of them to go back and change the flag, it does show a lot of character of that fire department …for sure.
