Obama backs away from Wilderness Protection in West.....

The administration of U.S. President Barack Obama is backing away from a plan to make millions of acres of undeveloped land in the west of the country eligible for federal wilderness protection.Interior Secretary Ken Salazar said in a memo to his agency that officials will not designate any public lands as "wild lands." Instead, Salazar said the agency will work with members of the U.S. Congress to develop recommendations for managing the undeveloped land in the west.

A copy of the memo was obtained by The Associated Press news agency.

Salazar's decision reverses an order issued in December 2010 to make millions of acres of public land eligible for wilderness protection. A budget deal approved by Congress prevented the Interior Department from spending money to implement the wilderness policy. Several western states filed suit to block the plan.

Figures,Obama would back out of a plan to protect the undeveloped wild. If he were to go through with it, then how would the government be able to sell it all to the Chinese??? This wannabe leader of the so called free world doesnt care about Americans or our country....All this pretender is worries about is what country can he decide to bomb next....Its disgusting to actually see this guys approval numbers going up since this time last month...I guess the old saying that ignorance is bliss is true for many Americans who decide to follow him like hes actually doing his job or something...His job is to protect America and all its assets including its land and it seems like his priorities are repulsively corrupt....
