How do you know those men are innocent?

They are probably guilty as hell but remember not all are guilty. I have worked with children from abusive backgrounds, some allegations were true some not. Beware of emotive laws, that's all my point was.

What do we do to someone that kills another person? We kill THEM, well isn't that the thing that all of us are so against? It's just so ironic, the whole cycle of killing that we like to call "Justice" .

And before I myself get hanged in this thread, I'd like to say that No I don't support rape and don't feel pity for the rapists, However I do not believe that we should fix our wrongs with more wrongs.

I won't "hang" you, as you say. But I'd like to know, what do you think is an appropriate punishment for a murderer? And what about for a child rapist?

We should place them in correctional facilities and try to reform them, I'm not justifying their actions but obviously there is something wrong with those people that do those things, why not try to dig down and find out the real motive and what triggered them to commit such violent act? Why not try to make them a contributing member of society again? and if that fails we should find something for these people to do instead of just keeping them in jail doing nothing.

May I answer this question? The act of killing people for whatever serious crime they have committed is societies quick fix solution. Get rid, job done. But when your a victim, is it revenge you want? justice? or your life back? Most want their life back, they don't want it to happen in the 1st place. So here lies the problem. Do we kill or start to repair the beginnings of serious crime? In today's modern world, life is cheap, lives are broken and no-one really cares.

As I said previously, I speak from the point of view of a victim of years of sexual abuse. I would kinda like revenge AS WELL as my life back.. Just saying.

I can honestly say that I would support my tax contributions going towards, programs to help people with psychological issues, rather than my money going towards lethal injections that will just take the life of another human being, that could have been helped.

But I know that will never happen because after all, we ARE humans so we will just keep killing and killing and killing until we go extinct.

this is a conspiracy site. Im tired of all the posts about rape,molestation and pedos. Those are topics for a news site. The Mods need to step in and delete threads such as this. We all know members of ats want to lynch pervs even before convicted. Mods and owners change the rules and disallow the posting of articles that deal with every day news and limit conversation to ufos and conspiracy.

Ah yes, the eternal quest for rough justice...bring it...yeah.

The US used to have its own form of rough justice. They called it "The Code of the West."

I suspect some variation will gradually re-emerge as society continues to collapse towards systemic breakdown. Rough justice is the only thing that works when societies decay and regress toward a lower level of complexity.

it is not about justice always.

some times it is about teaching others not to think about it , to fear from the consequences of your act.
