Description of the video from the guy who shot it.

Occurred around 23:45, on 14/05. Jaguariuna Rodeo Festival - BRAZIL. [Vitor & Leo | Paula Fernandez]

Also mentioned that it was very fast and hard to capture.

Interesting, seems legit, you can see the object(s) seem to move forward and also sway a bit.

Any thoughts?

No it was not very fast nor hard to capture, unless of course it was before or after he decided to cut off the video. Unfortunately, moronic videos like this just adds more noise to the signal, as this is not a UFO in the sense that we need to be concerned with.

Again, another couple of incomprehensible lights in the sky on a poor quality and shaky camera. This is becoming boring. We are living in an age of high definition recorders and not a single quality video is yet to surface.

That's the thing, there's no frame of reference to say that, there's nothing in frame besides that set of lights to tell you if it's moving or not, it's a shaky zoomed in shot so that doesn't help. It's also at some festival so my mind would immediately go towards the more terrestrial answers.

I am a believer but these shaky blurry pics are doin more harm to the ufo truth community than good and i reall find it hard to believe that they would need the existence of lights under them with the technology they would have to travel at light speeds and inter dimensional i would have to say if a ufo has colored lights under it then we could probably put it down to military aircraft.

My question to every person who films an apparent UFO - Why on Earth do all the videos shake SO MUCH???

It's funny coz when they're filming anything normal like concerts, family members, cars etc. the video stays SO CONTROLLED but the minute you get a UFO in the sky ... The shakes begin ... I'm yet to understand why!

Yeah, not to mention Shake Resistant cameras, nearly all of them ... Yet they shake like mad! It's hard for even the believers to believe any video!

It's a Resonance (tm) thing...
You see when you film them, there's a quantum extorsion that councioussness alters matrix th.... was it the 13th dimension on galactic whiteness or the 14th? anyway, it's true, I saw it in Youtube!
