I never got a chance to see this article till today. it was posted a few days ago yet i didn't show up till a few hours ago. i guess it's old news. or is it news kept silent because of it's implications. So the question is if Russia tells us they have this ability could the US not have this ability and or do both have items such as this and are just waiting for the other to up the anti?

Wouldn't be Surprised if the Russian government got one since they probably have their own HAARP project. But him how can he get one?

if Mr. Z truly made that threat i think Mr. Obama should use his resources to quickly have the major players involved with this weapon and its use altered into a terminated status. i am not pro-war, i think violence is absurd, but when a player makes an obvious terror threat to the citizens of the world it is time for immediate action.
