I carry a Gerber folding blade with a glass breaker on the bottom of it:

Bought it for my work as a Flagger to have it to cut tape, cut boxes holding stands/signs, and actually one time used to to save someone by cutting them out of their seat belt to help assist EMTs after an accident happened inside the zone area during lunch break.
