I don't know if the news reporter know what he is talking about. He said at the end for some of them if could be their 3rd deployment overseas. If that is true it must not be natural diasters at least not in the US.

The soldiers will be supporting Operation New Dawn, which is the drawdown phase of the U.S. military operations in Iraq.
