Maybe the 30 40 something will remember this Rapture

This was probably one of the first introductions to the Rapture I can recall...the guy with the flashing lights in his glasses always for some reason stuck in my head..or maybe it was his white tuxedo...any of you know what the glasses were called? I know just seeing who else remembers...

Well the 30vsomethins do remember but we where still watchin heman and Sesame St. at that time.

The glasses were called Zany Zappers...you can youtube search for the video...

Can't click on the vid at work, but I'm going to guess it was Blondie's "Rapture" video...

I think it's technically the first "Rap" video,

Have to remember, music videos were a pretty new thing at the time...and the weirder the better was the rule...got people talking (and buying your albums...)
