The Louisiana purchase was an agreed (and paid for) land transaction between two states, not one pinching it off another.

I personally think Obama is an even bigger idiot than George W Bush. At least GWB had some bright sparks from his father's era around him but Obama is not only the most incompetant of all US Presidents but he is also surrounded by the most incompetant aids the White House has ever seen.
