Pres speech on CNN right now

Anyone know what he will be talking about? I am trying to understand what they are saying but I have a few distractions around me.
Just curious if anyone knows more detailed info? They're titling it 'Obama Mideast Speech'

President Obama is today giving his first major address aimed at the Muslim world and the Middle East since the Arab Spring movement swept aside regimes in Egypt and Tunisia, and rocked governments in Libya, Yemen and elsewhere in the region. It's expected he'll try to clarify U.S. policy.
