How many of you have seen this story??? It's quite scary and we all know that Russia still wants to control the world or at least put out the USA. We know Russia has HAARP, and obviously they know how to use it...

This is Vladimir Zhirinovsky ..He's a radical anti-semitic Russian Ultra-Nationalist. He is drunk in this video and he is comic politican in Russia for years.

However, due to his love of drink and promotion of 'free sex' (and violent temper) he fortunately lost all credibility with the Russian public and has all but since disappeared off the world stage.

From the infamous words of Stewie "What the hell man". How many weapons are needed to kill massive amounts of people? We already have nukes, but I guess countries still have the need to one up eachother. Personally I can't wait till SHTF and the government and modern society collapses. Maybe then through organized groups we can go to these HAARP sites and dismantle these abominations.

He may be a drunk ranting maniac, but he still knows the capabilities of the technology Russia has. It's the typical "catching Fish" story. When talking about the size of fish you caught, it always is bigger than what it really was. However, the fish was still caught and it impressed the hell out of you so you had to brag about it.

I say lets let US HAARP battle against Russia's HAARP and lets watch the fireworks in the sky..

This is the video referenced in the article. I have a few problems with the video.

1. What channel is supposedly performing this interview?
   
2. The video description gives thanks to "Sergij" for the translations, however, they are suspect to me. Are there any Russian speakers on here who can validate the translations?

im not old, but i believe in the old-school methods sometimes, which is some people just need to get the #ing # kicked out of them to understand that you're not invincible or untouchable. you bleed and feel just like everyone else.

I was not sure I wanted to say anything about this but after some consideration and reading the information that was so graciously provided...I have some thoughts.

The idea behind a weapon that can eliminate mankind is nothing new really, and although the technology may have developed enough to make this a possibility, I am more concerned with man's desire to build things to cause his own extinction. What could possibly be the thought process behind this?

Also noteworthy...in my opinion...this is seemingly exactly like the cold war in the 80's, only this one is just kicking off, and instead of Regan, we are left to the demise of Obama...and that is the scary part.

Dare I say drunk Russian...well that is not any comfort either...drunk or not, he is obviously missing some screws.

This is no more than political posturing and saber rattling for the benefit of those who will listen to him, and believe what he says.

We have a handful of nations in this world who could devastate the whole planet in a few hours if they chose to do so. They could easily annihilate all life on its surface, and make it unlivable for a long, long time.

The likelihood of it actually happening however is pretty slim. Because they're all greedy, and they want it all intact. It's true they don't care about us, but they want the resources after we're gone.

If there really were a point that one of these powers became tired of the rules of the game between governments, and went rogue. This might become a possibility.
