or may be it should be Photoshop, Comet Neat and the eyes of God. I think I`ll let the dear person who wrote and did this explain,

The perception of the image of an eye is probably caused by the same brain process that makes us think we see a face in the moon or on a cliff. Our minds are programmed to quickly recognize faces and since birth we imagine we see images of faces and facial features in everything. Why do you think we look for shapes in clouds.

Maybe I'm blind but I can't see any eye on that CD. I concentrated on that black circle they outlined, but I still could not make anything out.
