Well I don't know, but more importantly we may find out what happened to to 2.3 Trillion Dollars
as mentioned by Donald Rumsfeld on Sept.10th 2001.

I wonder what ink they used to black that 2 trillion dollar story out of the papers? I say the first thing we do is look at the 10th September. Then if it goes back far enough, the dates around Kennedy's assassination.

You guys do know the 2.3 trillion that is missing started back in the late 70's to present. It did not start with the Bush administration.
