New Madrid Fault, Flooding in Mississippi and HAARP

Just putting this up just in case Japans nuclear woes come to middle America. Maybe a new False flag event coming up.

1. New Madrid Fault line
2. Flooding of the Mississippi river at historic levels.
3. River Bend Nuclear Power Plant Miss, Browns ferry Nuclear power Tenn. Whit Bluff Arkansas, B&W Power Miss. TVA Shawnee power Kentucky. There are more near this area I didn't realize we had this many within this radius.

Such a disaster is a serious possibility—at least in eyes of FEMA. Three years ago, the agency stated that a massive quake in the New Madrid Seismic Zone, located in the Mississippi Valley near Memphis, "is likely to constitute the highest economic losses due to a natural disaster in the United States." The hazard posed by the NMSZ is greater, in other words, than a Category 5 hurricane hitting New Orleans or a flare-up on California's San Andreas fault. And FEMA has devoted significant resources to preparing for the next "big one" in the Mississippi Valley—as have other agencies, based on its recommendations. Link

Man o man I hope Haarp isn't real but.......In February 1998, responding to a report of Mrs. Maj. Britt Theorin-Swedish MEP and longtime peace advocate--, the European Parliament's Committee on Foreign Affairs, Security and Defense Policy held public hearings in Brussels on the HAARP program. The Committee's "Motion for Resolution" submitted to the European Parliament: "Considers HAARP by virtue of its far-reaching impact on the environment to be a global concern and calls for its legal, ecological and ethical implications to be examined by an international independent body; However the repeated refusal of the United States Administration to give evidence to the public hearing into the environmental and public risks of the HAARP program."

all these so-called natural disasters are not natural and usually hit the poorest geographical areas -

back in 2008, if you follow the link, you will find that fema purchased 30,000 tracks of land and 9,000 residents moving everyone 100 west of the mississippi - this occurred in iowa alone - if i am not mistaken -

about 6 minutes into the video clearly states splitting the u.s. in half - what the video is specifically speaking about fema ordering underwater bodybags for the madrid fault region -

First of all you have no idea what HAARP is actually doing. Second of all do you think they are just randomly zapping parts of the country to cause earthquakes and destruction because it's fun?

Why don't you just assume that earthquakes are a naturally occuring event like they have been for say the last 6 billion years or so.

you are so funny - some are naturally occurring - most today have a little push - and no, haarp is not randomly zapping just any old parts of the country - only the poorest sections where they set up camp or a better word would be "positioning" themselves -

would you be so kind and explain to me "how" haarp works - i would like to have your take on - thanks and i look forward to your prompt and detailed explanation on just how that haarp is played -
