I am an atheist, but I actually have a copy of the Qur'an and I don't really feel any differently about it than the way I do about the Bible. If anything, the Bible has some far worse content.

For the record, I always found Sura 72 (al-Jinn) to be very interesting what with all the talk of the Jinn and how they are meant to be god's 'other creation' with free will, with their own civilization etc

Mind you I view this sort of stuff the same way I view a book by Stephen King - its all just fiction, stories.

Burn it !!! lol i think its should be treated as any other controversial literature that provokes a closed minded assault on others that don't believe the same way. Its references of grown men with marrying children constitutes the promotion of child porn in my opinion.

I care not about the words a man lives by - action represents the man.

And islam is actively stepping purposely on toes.

Not to prevent harm or to be seen at xmas, but to force itself (ignores rants from supporters ugh).

outb4usualsuspects come in calling everyone racist and ignunt..

I personally dont see anything special or valid in what hes saying

I live in a muslim country so I hear the chanting or call to prayer several times a day and I personally just find it a nuisance. Nothing hypnotic or even pleasant about it at all.

I even went to mosque with a friend once to pray and even in person I cant say it affected me at all.

The koran was written over many years (about 17 I think) so to compile a book of that size in so long a time isnt that big a deal, the book was written by some other dude and not Mohhammed (PBUH) himself so I dont see anything remarkable there. There have been many eloquant and intelligent people who didnt know how to read or write and in fact the vast majority of people up till recently in human history were totally illiterate, Chalemagne is a good example. What would have been miraculous was if while being illiterate he wrote it himself. That I would have agreed was divine and worthy of note.

I thought the vid was just more religious propaganda rubbish, but thats just my opinion.
