I think the message is trying to tell us that it all comes down to resources. Whoever controls the most or all resources is the winner.

Looks like numbers off of a number station. Some one has been listening to it to much. You wont decode a number station message you have to have a code book for each month. The Numbers change meaning each month. Numbers can also mean an Entire paragraph.

Just my opinion, but the OP made the whole thing up.

the code was given to you to unravel. I could do it, anyone could do it, but you were meant to do it because what anyone comes up with could be wrong but you should be able to come up with what is right. you said something earlier about langues which one do you suggest we use? I am thinking the native langue of the indinas that built Machu Pichu.

I looked at your code for 5 secs and thought IP adresses as others did it would be intersting to see the geomotry between the ip adresses. might lead to understanding the second part, but like I said first the code was given to you to unravel what others think of can be wrong.

I've been solving cryptograms for years. I saw this code and i thought i would enjoy it solving. If you bother to read, we have decoded it by that trial and error. I didn't create the code and I don't care if it was really sent by aliens or OP made it up. I don't care about the message itself too. Just because you can't see it doesn't mean it's not there. There are many crazy threads out there to debunk but still you don't have to mock everything you can't see.

Personally, I think that this is a very interesting little poem that says the world is controlled by who owns the resources and that it could not be any other way.

My guess is that they are coordinates of orbiting bodies at a certain time or date. The first field (60 48 81 114) a common set is a point of origin.
The next field (27 114) which is also common establishes proportion, I'm assuming as either a distance,speed, or mass.
Since those are the only 2 shared by all 5 of them I think that means that the remaining sets could establish be based upon their mutual interactions. So my thoughts were values like angle of orbit and orbital duration.

You have come to the same analysis as mine, but I haven't had time to reason what this 3-6-9 series represents in this context.
